Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Pillow Madison Shoulder Bag 18 is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined by Eunice Chang with statement-making rivets in a mix of metals featuring gleaming florals, stars, pyramids and discs, this flap-front style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftsperson Ella Mulley hand-decorated the flap with a blend of polished studs, re-covered the Signature in tonal leather, reaffixed the flap binding, then added a playful repurposed charm. The Madison is a timeless style crafted of quilted plush, ultra-soft leather. This compact 18 is finished with multifunction pockets, an exterior slip pocket for easy access to essentials and our tonal Signature turnlock closure. Convert the leather chain strap from long to two short handles.
