Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined with a medley of our dimensional Tea Rose appliqué by Savannah Sutton featuring a monochromatic color palette, this flap-front style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Nicole Izquierdo and Alfred Deaza hand-decorated the flap with die-cut leather blooms and gleaming peek-a-boo rivets, spot-painted the back, replaced our leather Signature hardware and added a playful repurposed charm. The Madison is a timeless style with modern proportions—designed for work, weekends and everywhere life takes you. Crafted of quilted plush, ultra-soft leather, this compact 18 is finished with multifunction pockets, an exterior slip pocket for easy access to essentials and our tonal Signature turnlock closure.
