Sadly I had to return mine due to the ongoing issue with the bag not staying shut. Loved the design, but also wish it was a bit bigger.

The style and look was there. The execution did not match. This bag is adorable and I would’ve loved it and kept it had it been made properly. The d-rings at the sides where the straps clip on do not allow the bag to close properly. The magnetic closure is also not strong enough to keep the bag closed. The gold strap does not feel like the quality of previous gold straps sold by coach.

This SoHo 25 was love at first sight, but it’s not quite as expected in person. When I received it, the purse was nicely packaged, but I couldn’t get the flap to stay closed once I removed the factory stuffing. I realized it just needed to regain its shape, so I propped it in a way to hold it closed. Unfortunately, the magnet isn't very strong, so it doesn’t stay secure and will pop open if you’re not careful (I’ve seen this mentioned by others). I also noticed that the buckle seems to be stitched unevenly, with a gap at the top on one side, and flush against the flap on the other (see pictures). The size was also smaller than expected, but I’m not faulting Coach for this—just mentioning it for those interested. While it fits my Bandit card case and iPhone 15 Pro Max, adding a full set of keys to the zipper pocket is a bit tight. It would work fine with a slim case or if using the card slots + phone, along with a smaller set of keys. I’m definitely disappointed and sad to return it, because it’s a beautiful purse I really wanted to make work.
