This is the perfect everyday bag I use it for work I carry a ton of stuff with me and it fits everything I love that it zips unlike the Brooklyn and it has a strap to extend into a cross body if needed

Perfect everyday bag for people that carry a lot

I absolutely love this bag! I originally had my eye on the Brooklyn bag, but I really prefer a zipper closure, as soon as I saw the Ella, I knew it was the one. It’s become my everyday bag! I got it in the espresso color, and it’s just perfect. I love the secure zipper, how spacious it is, and at the same time it still looks so classy and chic. I also love that it comes with an extra strap so I can wear it as a shoulder bag or crossbody. 
Definitely a staple piece!

The perfect everyday bag!

I got this in redwood. It's gorgeous! The leather is soft and feels substantial but it's not a heavy bag at all. Very comfortable and stays on my shoulder without slipping. It's  not as big as it is shown, it's the perfect size that can fit a lot and still look great. There is a pretty good sized back pocket inside for organization. Seems impervious to rain and accidental spills. Very easy to get in and out of, very smooth zipper. The charms it comes with are adorable and removable. Even the hang tag is burnished. The hardware is perfect with "Coach" engraved on it. The branding is minimal and tasteful. I love the adjustable strap, which does include another strap to add on that easily makes the bag a crossbody. The bag can quickly be dressed up or down. I added a small ring to the strap for a chain, which looks great. 
I've only had it for one day and the leather is already softer while still maintaining structure.
This is a bag that is easy to use and will always look great, whether you carry lots of stuff or just a few things. A perfect, functional and beautiful every day bag.

The perfect bag!

Just received my Ella shoulder bag, and it’s beautiful in person. The redwood color has so much dimension. I wanted an adult bag for work that fit my iPad at least, and it would be a plus to fit my laptop. The Ella delivered. Honestly shocked at how much it fits as well. Fits my 11 inch iPad, 13 inch laptop, sunglasses, 2 foldable shopping bags, medication container, lip balm, hand lotion, hand sanitizer, work keys, car keys, wallet, pepper spray, and safety alarm.
The domino charm made me think Western themed so added a cowboy hat charm, paisley scarf, and leather AirPods case, and it’s my favorite decorated bag so far.
 I don’t usually get smooth leather for the sake of longevity, but this leather is nice and smooth. I’m curious how it will hold up, but I’m so happy with it for now.

Redwood - Love it as a work bag!

I was not planning to purchase a bag the day that I walked into the coach store. But when I laid my eyes on this bag, I knew I had to have it. It fits me perfectly. I wore it around the store and it had to come home with me. I’ve worn it every day since. It’s classy, versatile, Luxe, and can be dressed up or dressed down. It’s truly the perfect every day bag.

Love at first sight.

What a amazing beautiful bag . The pictures do it no justice at all.I had no idea it was a beautiful bag until I saw on Instagram..had to have the matching wallet..sold out and took awhile to find but Coach customer service helped me..dressed it up with my chains and charms and I love it..very beautiful color and roomy..sits just right on the shoulder strap and not the extender. Stitching is bold and amazing..I only buy retail Coach bags but I had to make a exception for this bag for the first time in 4 years..love love love . Great job Coach will be back for more ❤️ TamTam

I LOVE this bag, I went in to see what they had left of powder pink and when I walked in I saw this one immediately to my right for 60% off, I had seen this the laurel and the erin so I decided to try her on.....the way it just molds on your shoulder dosent slip even when packed, very soft alot of room without the tote size I can actually fit the middle half of my tote divider with all my stuff inside this one easily and its organized.This is the PERFECT everyday shoulder bag Im a bigger girl and I can never find a bag that dosent slip off the shoulder.  .this one dose not. Plus even full it still looks slim and sleek definitely a must grab if you see ine you like.

Best everyday bag !

Listen, I saw this bag online SEVERAL times and I was not interested at all. The photos do it no justice. Go in person and try it or look at photos from actual buyers. I fell in love immediately, I didn’t even realize it was the Ella. It is beautiful irl, very soft and roomy, and it stays on your shoulder perfectly. I’m plus size and it fits no problem, and it even comes with an extra extender for longer shoulder or crossbody wear! I love this bag & I never expected to. Seriously grab her up!

Unexpected Fave

I have the Gold/Espresso color in smooth leather and I absolutely love it. It has plenty of room and a nice inside zipper pocket. Love that you can adjust the strap length. 
I've gotten so many compliments on this bag, it's a winner!! I just wish Coach had a matching wallet in the same color.

Beautiful Classy Bag

I bought this bag "impulsively" after having a traumatic day and I have not regretted it since. I call it my trauma purse and I love it so! I've actually been stopped on the street thrice now by strangers telling me they love my bag and asking me where I got it - plus my friends always praise this purse anytime I wear it out. Could not recommend it more, it's the perfect medium sized bag and it sits on your shoulder perfectly!!!  10/10 - would buy again!

THIS BAG IS EVERYTHING!

I love, love this bag, it's not too big, it fits perfectly under my arm. And the pattern is beautiful. It's was my gift to myself on Black Friday.

My perfect purchase

I bought the espresso and brass , dark rich brown beautiful leather handbag,  it can be a shoulder bag or crossbody,  I like that feature, it came this morning and I was so excited I already have my items in the purse , it’s very spacious I was worried about that at first but it worked out very well held everything I carry daily… if your wondering about this bag go for it !! you will not find a better fit for work to daily errands or out on the town and vacation it’s one of those bags you will want to keep carrying because it does everything very satisfied with my purchase of course nothing made like it use to be but in my opinion,  but this one is perfect , I did put leather moisturizer on mine from coach to protect my investment and to make it last for years it will help . it’s a smooth leather and it’s very soft feels luxurious I can’t say enough about the handbag but glad coach is bringing back some of the older styles there nothing like them there where a era when the coach bags where so good then they archived the styles it’s been years since I’ve finally found something to compare to them thank you coach for listening to the women that loved these bags the Brooklyn 28 or 34 will be my next purchase I want that bag too …
